NextConsole Intelligent Agent Service Platform User Agreement
I. Scope and Effectiveness of the Agreement
1. Agreement Parties
This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is entered into between you (also referred to as "User") and Shanghai Turing Tianwen Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Platform Provider") regarding the use of the NextConsole Intelligent Agent Service Platform (hereinafter referred to as "this Platform").
2. Agreement Content
This Agreement includes the main text and any rules, announcements, operational guidelines, and other supplementary documents (collectively referred to as "Platform Rules") published or potentially published by the Platform Provider in the future. The Platform Rules form an integral part of this Agreement and have the same legal effect as this Agreement.
3. Agreement Effectiveness
By registering, logging in, or actually using this Platform's services, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to accept all the contents of this Agreement and the Platform Rules. If you do not agree to any terms of this Agreement, you should immediately stop using this Platform's services.
II. User Registration and Account Management
1. User Eligibility
You confirm that when registering or using this Platform's services, you should be a natural person, legal entity, or legitimate organization with full civil capacity. Minors under the age of 18 are not allowed to register or use this Platform's services. If you do not meet the aforementioned conditions, you and your guardian shall bear all legal liabilities arising therefrom.
2. Registration Information
- You must provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including but not limited to name, phone number, enterprise information, etc.), and ensure that the information remains valid.
- If the information is false or invalid, the Platform Provider has the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict the use of part or all of the services.
3. Account Security
- You shall properly keep your account name, password, and verification tools, and be responsible for all operations under your account.
- If you discover any abnormal account activity or unauthorized operations, you should immediately report it through the Platform Provider's official channels (customer service email/phone). The Platform Provider will assist you in taking necessary measures after verification.
4. Account Cancellation
You can apply to cancel your account through the "Account Settings - Cancel Account" function or by contacting customer service. After cancellation, your personal information will be processed (deleted or anonymized) in accordance with the "Privacy Policy", except where required to be retained by laws and regulations.
III. Platform Service Content
1. Service Scope
This Platform provides intelligent IT operation and maintenance-related support services. The specific content is subject to the actual functions. The Platform Provider reserves the right to optimize services based on technological development or business adjustments.
2. Service Changes
The Platform Provider may suspend part of the services due to system maintenance, upgrades, or force majeure, and will notify users in advance through in-site announcements, emails, or SMS. The Platform Provider shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by force majeure.
IV. User Rights and Obligations
1. User Rights
- Right to Know: Review the "Privacy Policy" and this Agreement to understand the rules for processing personal information.
- Right to Control: Modify personal information, turn off personalized ad push, or withdraw authorization through "Account Settings".
- Right to Complain: Provide suggestions or complaints about platform services. The Platform Provider shall provide feedback on the processing results within 15 working days.
2. User Obligations
- Legal Use: Do not use this Platform to engage in illegal activities (such as spreading illegal information, attacking the system, etc.).
- Intellectual Property Protection: Do not upload or publish content that infringes on others' copyrights, trademarks, etc.
- Information Security: Do not illegally obtain platform data or interfere with the normal operation of services through technical means.
V. Platform Provider's Rights and Obligations
1. Platform Provider's Rights
- Content Management Right: Review content uploaded by users, and delete or block illegal or non-compliant information.
- Account Management Right: Take measures such as restricting functions, suspending services, or terminating accounts for users who violate this Agreement.
- Data Usage Right: Use user behavior data in an anonymized manner for service optimization purposes (see "Privacy Policy" for details).
2. Platform Provider's Obligations
- Security Assurance: Take technical measures (such as SSL encryption, permission control) and management systems to protect user data security.
- Privacy Protection: Strictly follow the "Privacy Policy", and do not provide personal information to third parties without user consent (unless required by law).
- Service Transparency: Timely publicize service change information to protect users' right to know.
VI. Intellectual Property
1. Platform Content
All content of this Platform (including but not limited to text, images, code, interface design) is the intellectual property of the Platform Provider or legitimate rights holders. Without written authorization, users may not copy, disseminate, or use it for commercial purposes.
2. User Content
- You must ensure that the content you upload does not infringe on third-party rights. If disputes arise due to the content, you shall bear the responsibility yourself.
- Non-Exclusive License: You grant the Platform Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, free license to use the content for the operation and promotion of the services.
VII. Privacy Policy
The Platform Provider will strictly follow the "Privacy Policy" to process your personal information. Please read and confirm your agreement to this policy carefully before using the services. You can access the full content through the "Privacy Policy".
VIII. Disclaimer

The Platform Provider shall not be liable for service issues caused by force majeure (such as natural disasters, policy adjustments), third-party service failures, or user operational errors.
2. User Behavior Responsibility
You are responsible for your behavior and consequences when using this Platform's services. The Platform Provider shall not be jointly liable for disputes or losses caused by user behavior.
3. Content Responsibility
The Platform Provider is not responsible for the authenticity or legality of content published by users. If the content violates the law or infringes on others' rights, the Platform Provider has the right to delete it and cooperate with regulatory authorities.
IX. Agreement Modification and Termination
1. Modification Procedure
- When the Platform Provider modifies the Agreement, it will notify users through in-site announcements, emails, or SMS.
- If you do not agree to the modified content, you should stop using the services before it takes effect; continued use will be deemed as acceptance of the changes.
2. Termination Circumstances
- Users can terminate the Agreement at any time by canceling their account.
- The Platform Provider has the right to terminate services under the following circumstances:
- The user seriously violates this Agreement or laws and regulations;
- The user provides false information or engages in illegal activities.
X. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
1. Governing Law
The conclusion, performance, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.
2. Dispute Resolution
Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the Pudong New Area People's Court in Shanghai.
XI. Other Terms
1. Severability of Terms
If any part of this Agreement is invalid, it shall not affect the validity of the other terms.
